Bradfield City Centre Master Plan

ROLE:  Master Planning Executive Director (Acting)

CLIENT:  Western Parkland City Authority

David has been assisting the Western Parkland City Authority in developing the master plan for the city core of the Aerotropolis and providing strategic input into the concurrently prepared regional ‘Blueprint’ - guiding the first 30 years of development of Sydney’s third city. Stage 1 of the city centre will open in late 2026, with a new Metro rail station, Rapid Bus (future LRT), CSIRO headquarters, Advanced Manufacturing Research Facility, University/TAFE and cultural/community facilities. We are also planning for two additional rail networks in the first 10-12 years of the centres’ growth. 

David also sat in the executive team steering the delivery and activation of the City Centre.
