CLIENT: Stockland
An online resource for Stockland to define the design, delivery and performance metrics to create better places. The manual included over 60 topic areas.
The manual defined clear objectives, principles, and guidance to lead the design process across all Stockland projects. It was also future-focused, supporting a broader implementation of sustainability, access, and place imperatives across various community types, including urban infill, regeneration, and greenfield design conditions.
The guideline was presented in 5 parts:
